BENEFITS OF HEADSTAND

Headstand has been celebrated by masters of hatha yoga as a master stand. Though head stand isn't proper for all due to its advanced nature, but then it's very holistic by benefit. This is one of the best and important inverted postures for the advanced Hatha Yogi. Anyway, you must not be an expert yogi before you can practice this beautiful posture just that it has a way of taking oxygen-rich blood to the brain so medically it might pose some big health issues for those over 40 with blood pressure history and other health issues. The proper thing to do before undertaking any physical exercise is to consult your doctor, discuss with him or her to see if it's something suitable for you at the moment.
This was my first hatha yoga posture; I had a friend held my legs for few moments, then I continued for 15-20 minutes, afterward I felt highly happy and stress-free, and ever since it has always been one of my favorite yoga postures. So if you are very sure this is something you would want to try, then you can equally do the same or use the wall to support your legs.
Starting for headstand; Let's say you're very sure and ready to practice the headstand, I suggest if you are trying it for the first time, you should take help from a friend, I mean someone should help hold your legs up. Or you can use the wall as your support, but make sure you don't mess up the wall.
With your knees on the floor, interlace your fingers on the floor, then place the crown of your head on the floor as your interlaced fingers guides your head, then gently take your knees off the while your feet is still on the floor, from this point gently
walk your feet towards your head, naturally   as you keep walking towards yourself your feet gets to point where you can now lift completely off the ground…so this is the headstand.
Meaning your head is now carrying your body. For a start, someone can hold your legs up, or you can place your legs on the wall.
This is headstand, it works on the pituitary gland, everything is based on once pace, but Yoga science says if one can spend 2hours on headstand then one can conquer time.

Headstand can help you take care of waist pain.
Headstand can help build high-level concentration
Headstand can help you maintain a better eye sight
Headstand can slow down aging if done on a regular basis with proper diet and healthy lifestyle.
