In the world of fitness and health today Abdominal weight loss for sure remains the aim and major point of discussion among so many  people; as a fitness instructor I can tell me own little statistic is that 80 out 100 ask me so many questions about how they can flatten their abdomen in a short period of time, they ask for some other method of achieving that, I noticed each time I reply by saying yoga can help you do that,  but you have to be steady and watch your eating culture, haha the reaction from  almost all is the same,  excerpts for few persons that are already aware of it.   Knowledge has no end, and every day we learn new stuff, that's if we put up open-mindedness attitudes towards life, though most people might not be aware of this scientific fact about yoga's positive effects on the abdomen, you really need to understand the effectiveness of some yoga postures on your belly fats and muscles, not just that and much, much deeper is yoga that it has that detoxification power which brings about balance in PH level.
Now let's look at those yoga postures for abdominal weight loss.

Sun Salutations: The sun salutation remains one key hatha yoga postures that work magical miracles on your abdomen if practiced regularly, though there are other key benefits of sun salutation, but our key focus here is abdominal weight loss. What exactly is the sun salutation?  The sun salutation has several repetitive postures , sun salutation can be used as warm-up poses or as a full program.. it involves   forward and backward bending motions, which stretches the back, belly, waist, and activate internal organs, after performing a few  rounds of about 8-12rounds of sun salutation  on a daily basis, morning and evening will help a lot, surely you must feel the great impact of reshaped weight loss, it redefines one's shape into figure eight shape. The sun salutation has the explosive versions and relaxing versions.

2.  Bow Pose:  Bow is a very simple posture that works on the back and because one will be laying on the mat with the stomach, then grabbing your ankles with both arms and at the same time lift your head up high. On this posture, you will be resting on your abdomen, which for sure takes care of constipation and abdominal weight loss.

Benefits of Yoga First, I feel it will sound very unfair to start this topic without little or more explanation and meaning of Yoga. Yoga means the unification of body mind and soul, but without going too deep into that,  I   will simply focus my discussion on the benefits of yoga as a science in two separate segments.
