Lower Your Blood Pressure with Yoga


For some, they know it but don't know how to do it, for some they know it and know how to do it, If you know or not, let me let you know that yoga postures are the best method to lower blood pressure and maintain good health.

High blood pressure can be defined as tension in the arteries that transports blood from the heart to the rest of the body, if this happens it takes the blood pressure high up, medically the normal blood pressure reading is supposed to be 120/80, while 139/89 is considered pre-hypertension, and a blood pressure of 140/90 and above is considered high while a by medical slandered a systolic blood pressure of about 90 to 100 is said to low. So it's very important you check your blood pressure periodically especially if you any such history in any way. High blood pressure causes heart attack and death.
So I'm going to show you few yoga postures and breathing to lower blood pressure.

Benefits of Yoga First, I feel it will sound very unfair to start this topic without little or more explanation and meaning of Yoga.
